Happy Easter and happy April fool's! The joke is that it is supposedly spring... we had some chilling winds on Saturday and today wasn't much better as far as the temp goes. It is currently 25 degrees with winds at 4 mph. On Saturday it was in the low 20's with wind gusts and about 2-4 inches of snow. Unfortunately, we are expected to get some more snow tomorrow AND Tuesday! Later in the week we should have temps back up to the 30's, but nothing too drastic as far as warm spring weather.
Weather.com suggests that we are getting two more cold blasts.... this is due to a cold front coming in and we are experiencing a continental polar air mass.
The picture above shows low winds over the midwest area and you can see the cold front above in Canada.
