The snow finally stopped at about 10 pm on Tuesday night and we saw some sunshine yesterday, which was refreshing! Today has been sunny with 7 mph winds from the SSW. It is currently 35 degrees, and we will reach 39 as our high.
From global earth, you can see it is pretty calm around the midwest area, and you can also see the winds are from the SSW.
The sub polar jet is coming from the NW to SE, which is bringing the continental polar air (a dry cold air).
Looking ahead at the rest of the week, there is still another chance of snow over the weekend and it won't be warming up anytime soon.
